Group Picnic Area Rental Forms
Below are ACRPD's standard rental application, procedures, and insurance requirements. Please call the district office if you have any questions and email your application to Thomas Kessler at thomas@arcadecreekrpd.gov.
Please note that indoor facilities at Herzog Community Center are not rentable due to remodeling.
All applications are processed by first come first serve. All picnic rentals are not guaranteed unless a rental application is approved by ACRPD. All amenities are available on first come first serve basis.
All rental agreements will supersede any non-rental public use.
